Hair Treatments
Hair loss and thinning can arise from many different causes — genetic predisposition, hormonal change, stress, the post-partum period or environmental factors. Because of this many-sided nature, a single method rarely produces the same level of result in every patient.

At the clinic, treatment for hair loss is planned by bringing four methods together within a personal programme — dermapen, mesotherapy, exosomes and the Fotona HAIRestart laser — each supporting the others through a different mechanism.
The aim of this combination is to increase blood circulation in the scalp, to deliver nourishing and supportive ingredients to the follicles, and to encourage dormant follicles to become active again.
Dermapen (Scalp Microneedling)
Microneedling applied to the scalp creates controlled micro-channels in the area, both increasing local blood circulation and allowing serums applied afterwards (such as mesotherapy and exosomes) to reach the scalp more effectively. This step can be thought of as the “door-opening” stage of the combination.
Mesotherapy
In scalp mesotherapy, the vitamins, minerals and supportive ingredients specific to the hair root that the follicles need are injected directly into the scalp with fine needles. The aim is to nourish the roots and create the right ground for stronger, healthier hair.
Exosome Treatment
Exosomes are very small natural particles that play a role in communication between cells. Exosome treatment, still relatively new in regenerative aesthetics, is used to support the environment in which the follicles sit.
The scientific literature on this subject is still developing, and we want to state clearly that exosomes are not a “miracle solution” on their own; they should be regarded as a supporting element that complements the other methods in treating hair loss. At the clinic, exosomes are offered within this honest and realistic framework, as one part of the combination.
Laser (Fotona HAIRestart)
Fotona HAIRestart is a laser protocol applied to the scalp without needles or medication, delivering controlled pulses of heat. The aim is to increase blood flow in the scalp and support dormant follicles in becoming active again. What is felt during the session is a mild, not uncomfortable warmth; afterwards, apart from slight redness that may last around 24 hours, no visible trace remains.
Why Is It Applied as a Combination?
Each of these four methods focuses on a different aspect of hair loss — circulation, nourishment, the follicular environment, follicle activation. Effects that might be limited when applied alone can therefore complement one another when planned together. Which methods are used, how often and in what order is determined by assessing the cause and degree of the hair loss and the condition of the person's scalp.
